do you eat the skin on chicken?

The Japanese cook the chicken skin -yakitori style - and that is the way I like it. They grill the skin under low heat and constantly brush teriyaki sauce on it many times. Extremely tasty!
 
I eat the skin of the chicken baked or fried.. It's the best part! I don't have to worry too much about fat either, since I don't eat fried/baked chicken that often, and an asian diet consisting mostly of rice, vegetables, kimchi and a little bit of meat allows me to indulge in some unhealthy things should the occasion arise 🙂.
 
Almost never, especially on fried chicken.

I usually buy the chicken breasts that on sale about $1/pound and cook then skin the chicken myself. Healthy and tasty.

correction - the skin is the only good part. The meat is just there for filler.
