I try to eat 5-6 times a day. Good stuff, not junk.
My biggest meal is breakfast. I usually have a big bowl (or 2) of whole grain cereal or oat meal, 2 pcs of whole grain toast or english muffins with peanut butter, 2 pcs turkey sausage or bacon, a piece of fruit, protein shake and a cup of O.J. I will have a snack a couple hrs latter (fruit or something). Lunch is a lean pocket and some baked chips or some thing. A couple more snacks then just a sandwich or some thing for supper. Who needs a lot of calories to sleep?
I am never hungry> I try to eat forward.
