Do you eat healthy? Workout on a regular basis?

Work out at least 6 days a week. Eat healthy but I don't deprive myself of a dessert or snack.

I'm at the gym on average 5 days a week and usually play one indoor soccer game a week. I eat fairly healthy, but right now I'm trying to gain weight so not quite as healthy as usual.

I don't really care about what I eat because I work out. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week. It's an absolute waste to go more than 3-4 times a week.

Trying to gain weight, so I eat as healthy as possible, but still will eat a calorie-rich food once in a while (pizza, cheesesteaks, whatever) and hit the gym thrice per week.

Eat moderately healthy, exercise ~2 times a week.

6'1" 180 - consider myself to be in decent shape

Can't you edit and add a poll?

I might be stupid but I don't see the option:

BTW, I eat healthy enough for me, and I exercise regularly. There is no one size fits all "healthy" diet. One eats according to one's needs and genetic predispositions to disease and body fat.

If a person predisposed to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity or heart disease ate my diet, they'd be a gonner. Yet my body fat is around 18%, my cholesterol is amazingly low for my age and my BP at last check was 111/75.

BTW, I'm an avid weight lifter and cyclist... so that may have something to do with it.

I eat better than the average American, but I wouldn't say healthy. I don't exercise anymore. I really need to get off my ass, and do something.

I eat reasonably...not healthy or horribly. But somewhere in between. I drink beer. Eat ice cream. Can destroy a Double Quarter pounder from McD's or a 2 pound burrito from Qdoba.

I play full court bball about 2 hours a week, and ride an exercise bike a few other nights a week. I was doing some weight lifting before I injured my wrist, but nothing serious.

6', 170 pounds and rock star vitals. I must be doing something right...outside of sickness my weight hasn't fluctuated +/- 5 pounds of 170 in almost 5 years.

Yes and yes

I think I eat healthy for the most part. Sometimes I splurge, like I had a sonic foot long chilidog for lunch today.

Workout - yes, last night I did 2.8 miles on the treadmill, 150 pushups and 200 - 250 behind the head curls with a 25 pound weight. Tonight will be about 75 - 100 curls with 50 pound weights, 2.5 - 3 miles on the treadmill and around 250- 300 crunches on the ball. The workouts usually last about an hour.

10 minutes on treadmill for warm up 3.5 degree incline
15 pushups
20 - 25 curls
5 minutes 10 degree incline on treadmill
15 pushups
20 - 25 curls
5 minutes 3.5 degree incline on treadmill
15 pushups
20 - 25 curls
5 minutes 10 degree incline on treadmill

repeat for an hour and no break in-between sessions

I exercise precisely because I don't want to have to eat healthy! Eat whatever the hell I want, work off the calories later. I know the drawbacks of this approach, I just don't care very much. Had chinese buffet for lunch yesterday then ran 6 miles last night. For me it is worth it.

I eat healthier than your average American, but I'm not a health nut. Don't workout at all.

I used to eat healthy and exercise a lot. Now I got too busy. I eat pretty healthy yet, just don't get to work out.

No, I live on take-out, do not exercise, get little sleep from working into the early hours of the morning and sometimes drink a little whiskey when I finally slow down or have a break.

Things are not looking good in the ole life expectancy department.

But, I am not overweight and I do not smoke.
