Yes I eat breakfast - I'm a big oatmeal person. No, I don't eat it first thing in the morning. Sometimes I don't get around to "breakfast" until sometime in the evening. Hell, oatmeal makes a good late nite snack.
We could go nuts trying to define "breakfast" so I just put sometimes, because sometimes I actually do eat my oatmeal within a reasonable time after arising.
Most times, never. However, now that I actually have to do some lifting in the mornings (for my job), I need breakfast for the energy. It's not the most important meal, though. Lunch gets that honor.
heh, i've been known to eat ice cream for breakfast. so i guess mt dew would have to count; anything really that has carbs, calories, or protein, etc would count as a meal, imo, and breakfast is a meal in the morning.
I usually don't, but I generally feel much more energetic and concentrated if I do. If I skip breakfast and don't eat anything else during the day, my eyesight is getting pretty blurry by the time I get home.

It took me most of gradeschool to condition my body to to eat breakfast and it is a huge time saver. Corn flakes does not make a real breakfast, it's more like a snack. That also applies to anything you normally put syrup on or contains a lot of sugar.
I voted Never, I only eat it once a week or maybe less so pretty much never. I never get up in time to eat breakfast. On the weekdays I get up and go right to work and on the weekends I sleep until noon or later.
I seldon eat breakfast but when I do it's usually a bagel drowning in peanut butter or a muffin or something. I always eat breakfast on the weekend which is usually Pancakes, muffins, etc.
