I just had some nugz, and now I'm going to sleep. I eat before I go to sleep pretty regularly because I don't get home until after 11:30pm, go to bed by 2am and back up by 7am ... meaning I always eat before bed. And stuff.
If it's 2 hours before I'll eat a little something. A snack. If it's less than 2 hours before sleeping, I usually just try for a cookie or something really small. Of course sometimes I don't give a damn.
usually; I can't go more than a few hours without food, so if I eat dinner at 5:30, I'm hungry by 7:30, then again at 9:30, and I go to sleep around 10.
yeah...It's kinda bad thought, because the food you eat before bed doesnt get used up because you're inactive. I have fast metabolism and am very active, so i have yet to have any problems
i like to eat a bunch of chips before i go to bed, esp. if i am watching tv. the wife is trying to get me out of that habit, and does so by eliminating chips from the grocery list. dammit
just stay away from the hockey & golf gear woman. 😉
Im usually not hungry after I eat dinner for the rest of the night. For instance, I usually eat dinner around 7, but wont go to bed till 2-3 am some nights and won't really be hungry.
However, when I wake up is usually another story, I am usually very hungry in the morning.
