Better is subjective.

Theres different teas certainly.

Theres teas that other people prefer, I'll give you that.

Theres teas made out of more scarce bits of the plant, yes.


But objectively better? Nope.

Different, but I don't know about better. Sometimes smoky is good the at other times a good first flush Darjeeling. For Earl Grey I go with the blue flower.
