I thought "wata rules" meant "water rules" so I voted for that. I retract my vote, and nominate a new contender "water rules."

I drink water in between meals, and sometimes acidic drinks (usually coffee, rarely soda) with meals. I don't like to drink too much water with meals so I don't get indigestion or heartburn/reflux.

I just put my Coke, Hamburger, Fries, Ketchup, chocolate pie into the Vita Mixer. Mix on high for 25 seconds and drink it all. As for temperature, I would say it is room temperature after it is all mixed together.

I generally drink water with every meal, unless I'm eating out then it will be beer or wine. Surprisingly, when I drink at home, I never eat with it; I don't even eat snacks.

I try to drink about 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after a meal. Doesn't always happen. I usually drink water.

I just like plain water or tea with my meals. Christmas and Thanksgiving meals are served with wine.

Besides, I will typically brew an espresso for the after dinner smoke. 😛

I might have any of the following: Iced tea, sparkling water, beer, a martini, a glass of wine or just plain water.

Breakfast brings about a completely different list of beverages: Grapefruit juice, water, coffee or orange juice.
