Im 19, and I have never written goals for myself, ever. I wrote a list and taped it to my bedroom mirror. *GOALS*

heres a sample of mine, hows it look?:
1.) Make at least a 3.0 GPA for this semester.
2.) Have saved at least $500 in the bank by the end of the year.
3.) Have a 6:30 mile time. 22:00 3 mile time. By the end of the year.
5.) Lift weights 3x a week.
5.) Develop Stronger Character and improve yourself.

*Long Term Goals*

1.) Graduate with AA degree in finance.
2.) Attend a University enroll in ROTC for either Army or Navy.
3.) Get Commissioned, become Navy SEAL or Army Special Forces.

what you mean lofty? ya i take alot of heat from friends and family on trying out for SF or SEALs

Personally I don't but they are an awesome tool for getting sh!t done. They work even better if you show a close friend or family member who will break your balls all the time if you don't meet any of them.
