Do you crack your joints?

fingers, back, toes, etc

I have been doing it every day (many times a day) for years and now my thumb and pinky knuckles started hurting. osteowned 🙁

Yes.
I can't change my genetic weaknesses and not cracking them will not do any good. Cracking my neck makes it feel less stiff, so it's a good thing.

I crack my fingers and toes, mainly my big toe because I don't like forcing a crack on the smaller ones. You guys know the walking fold down the toe crack right? Oh how I love doing that to crack my big toe.

Stretch every day for about 20 minutes stretching your arms, wrist, flexibility, legs, and back and you will rarely crack a bone.

I crack everything that will crack. I especially love waking up in the morning and giving my knuckles that first big crack of the day. It sounds like twisting some bubble wrap.

Yes. All the time. hands, neck, wrist, back, knee, toes, elbows. I think that's about it.
