Do you consider Hare Krishna a cult?

If they subscribe to a certain religious belief that is not widely accepted, then it's a cult. I may be wrong on this one though.

Cults' veiws change frequently to suit the leader. Religions' veiws stay relativaly the same over time.

That reminds me of a time in the mid 80's when I was in high school and I was in Downtown Vancouver and I witnessed a hari krishna vs conservative christian street fight :Q

Hence "Cult of Personality", some religions aren't anything without the preachings of their leaders and do not survive the demise of the leader.

 
Hare Krisnha are a bunch of white people who want to be Hindus. They can't be Hindus, though, because you can't convert to Hinduism. That's why they become Hare Krishnas.

I went to a Hare Krishna temple in West Virginia one time. They're harmless.
