i like the part at the end how the lady is like "it's not the fact that there's nothing on those tapes, it's that there's 18 HOURS of it..." niiiiice 🙂
 
It was okay, not really any of the options on the poll, but since a few of the scenes were a little dumb and I'm in a bad mood today I voted "sucked."
 
read the book. very good book. Carl Sagan is an awesome visionary.

that said, it's one of the few movies where the film adaptation is actually pretty good as well. Bill Clinton cameo'ing in the movie was cool too hehehe 😛

i actually saw the movie before i read the book and once i found out it was Sagan i had to read it.

It was my favorite movie of 1997. Looking back now, however, it probably wasn't the best movie that came out that year.

But it really grabbed me when I first saw it.
