Thank you for explaining and more importantly giving a visual representation of what the code does. Installing uBlock on IE Explorer and adding those two lines was surprisingly easy. I take that back partially, WTF are you not using dark theme? 😉

I am, I opened it up in a different browser that doesn't have a blocker installed to easily be able to provide a demonstration. See post #6 😉
