ya i do sometimes, they are pretty bad for you. the bigger ones (14oz) are like 750-900 cal and are listed as 2 servings. the single serving ones are up to 540cal and both have way too many carbs/ fat and crap in them. but damn they are tasty. my fave is the red hot beef and bean. when i was younger and working manual labor jobs id eat them for breakfast and burn it off at work.


The best part is the fat! Mmmmm tasty, tasty, saturated fats! :)
