Do you brush then floss or floss then brush?

Man I always brush then floss, I think you guys have the right idea. this thread is going to change my life forever! 😀😉

I just brush. Floss only when i feel something in there... My dentist hates me, but who cares? I don't have cavities or any of that crap, so I'm not doing extra.

I think this is an excellent question, and I would like to see answers and their reason for it. Here is what I do...

I first floss, and then I brush, and then I rinse with Listerine.

I firgured flossing first is kind of like sending in the artillery, they take down the hardest enemey. Then the brushing comes in like the infantry, to just take out what remains.....and last but now least...the Listerine comes in, like air support to simply wash everything else down.....

whoa..i think i better stop playing Operation Flashpoint... 😱

danny~!

I asked my dentist this a couple years ago.
He said floss first, so that the flouride from the toothpaste can get to the just- flossed tooth surfaces.

crap I better floss first from now on then.
I asked my dentist and he said there are advantages to both. Hmm what would be the advantage of flossing afterwards.
