Do you bring your OBD toolkit when shopping for a used car?

It is 4-cyl. Which sensor on the block? What is the name of the sensor? I have had no luck from the ToyotaNation forum as they are the most knowledgeable on Camry.

Might be too late now. But there are two vsv for that Camry. The v6 has both mounted on top. The 4 cylinder had one on top somewhere and one on the bottom, bolted on the block. I remember crawling under behind the bolt to reach the valve. I got the info off toyotanation about 3 years ago.
