That's getting more into philosphy than I was...You can never warp reality, if you could, that would be reality newly understood by you but not having changed in a very long time.
Yes, they have. Science's rules are a thing of Man. Miracles can not be explained by them, because they do not yet encompass whatever it is that allows miracles to occur.Notice the rules of physics haven't really changed much since about 10^-43 seconds after the big bang.
