I don't believe that there is an anthropomorphised deity that governs our day to day but I do believe that there is an unknown connective tissue to the operation of the universe that could be called God.
So you are not religious, but you are superstitious.

If, by God, you mean a higher power than lays ontop of the universe giving it a divinity and relative fundamental order. Then my answer is, unequivocally yes.

If, by God, you mean in a hokey organized religion middleman sort of way, my answer is absolutely no. However as long as it causes others no harm, I have no problem respecting any belief system one chooses.

This. Only I'd clarify that in my case I believe said higher power is not anything we'd recognize as a "being" and is indifferent to human action.

I do not believe in God, but I also do not believe in Aliens.

This creates quite a conundrum if you consider statistically there should be some other life form out in the universe somewhere. In those statistical lifeforms there could be one considered a God, even ours.

But until they land on our planet, I say no to both. :colbert:

Prime directive, brother. They won't land until we discover them first. I'll bring Cheetos.

"I contend we are both atheists, I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours." ~ Stephen Roberts

Doesn't somebody around here have that in their sig?
