Always. When turning or when changing lanes. Also if I have to stop where someone doesn't usually stop. It's an easy and simple thing to do and it makes lives of other road-users easier, so why wouldn't I use it?

Depends on the situation for me. If I'm turning into a street or place of business and someone is waiting to come out, then I always signal for courtesy because I get pissed when they don't do it to me.

On the interstate though, I never signal when I change lanes, it gets old real fast.

I use mine about 85% of the time. I know I should use it more often, but.... well, I have no excuse.
