Clitores. And the plural of penis is penes. The -i plural form is for -us words (latinate only, so virus != virii or viri). However, in common English usage, clitorises and penises both work.

The closest equivelant in terms of pain would be the cervix. Problem is, it's not accessible to a kick. But if you're er, getting busy, and you hit her cervix, she'll be in instant pain.

Yep. I can testify to that. A hard blow to the cervix will knock the wind out of you and leave you a bit crampy afterwards. But I don't think it is quite as bad as a blow to the nuts.

While the cervix may be sensitive, it is well known that the female equivalent of the testes is the ovaries and they share a similar amount of nerves, so one can ascertain pain would be similar in nature. here's a link to help you understand your body better 😉
