Do women care less about money & success than men?

Generally speaking, would you say that women care less than money and/or success than men do? (edit: For themselves, that is 😉) And why or why not do you think this is so?

i care a great deal about my own success, there is something to be said about personal goals.

my personal financial goal is to be a millionare by 30

my sister on the other hand isnt too ambitious and is pretty wishiwashy about what she wants to do and how shes gonna do it. (shes much older then me)
