Do wireless headset + microphones exist?

Does anyone make a wireless headset+microphone yet?

Something that I can use to stay on Google Talk, for instance.. while away from my computer.

but for a more casual user, perhaps by logitech.

Yes, I know they have wireless mics, and yes I know they have wireless headsets; but it's not as simple to find a wireless headset with mic that you would use for gaming/pc phone calls.

You can get bluetooth headsets similar to the ones used for cellphones.
