I'm in relatively good shape, but I am having trouble ridding myself of the baby fat on my stomach and love handle area. I was curious if these weight loss pills will help. Any suggestions?

If you consider having the craps working, then yes they do.

i found crystal meth binges help much better than ripped fuel, xenadrine or stackers

I'd recommend you do some extra cardio before trying weight loss pills. But that's just my opinion.

If you're already "doing enough cardio" then maybe you need to look at the food you're eating?
I think I saw somewhere a couple weeks ago that weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. I guess cutting out some carbs would probably help. But don't take my word for it... I'm not a dietician.

You'd have to be pretty diluted to believe some of the manufacturers claims (like "500% greater weight loss") on many weight loss products.

That said, a good ECA stack WILL have a noticeable effect, whether its just increased energy, suppressed appetite, or a higher BMR. It won't make your gut instantly disappear, but added to a good exercise regimen, it'll give you that extra 5-10% advantage that may or may not be worth it to you.

I find that popping a Stacker before my workouts keeps me running harder for longer. Just keep yourself hydrated, and read the warnings. Too bad we have dumbfvcks like Steve Bechler to remind us exactly how stupid humans can be.

No. A lot of it is also genetic. I've been cycling for 19 year and I can never quite get ride of it. I did find that doing ab exercise helped a little bit.

I just lost 20lbs as of last night (started 6/7) in 30 days. 197-200lbs to 180lbs and since friday I have been drinking and eating a lot as my brother is in town.

30 - 45 mins of weight training every other day....low fat meat and veggie brunch...tortilla/salsa for snack if needed, normal dinner (japanese style since my wife cooks it and she is japanese).

Metabolift (the one by twinlabs, not the MetaboLife, etc) with ephreda + green tea extract 3x per day....was one the supplement the last two weeks.

I am 5'10/11".

I want to drop another 10lbs of body fat and put on another 15-20lbs of muscle...probably over the next year or two. I was 190lbs / 10%BF or less in my high training period (football/wrestling/martial arts) about 10 years ago.

Just exercise. Don't rely on some stupid magical pill because those types of pills don't exist. Unless you're gonna be smoking meth or something.

The benefits of Chemistry are a definite. Anabolic steroids are one....the problems you hear are in abuse of them.

I lost almost 90lbs in 3 months with supplements, at another time I gained more than 1lb of muscle every month on them....all of these were legal and all of these had problem cases.

The number 1 thing in all of this is knowing your body and knowing when things are going wrong. There is also a little self control...with the weight loss products many people think if a little is good, a lot more is way better....not so, especially with ECA stacks (I like to drop the aspirin portion and just use EC)....

I lose about 2x to 5x the weight I would without a supplement while on ECA. I gain almost double when I buy pro-hormones or whatever they are called + supplement with protein and vitamins/minerals.

The losing part is cheap, the gaining part is expensive. I live in Polo country and anabolic use is rampant...however I haven't partaked of it although I used to be (now I train solo) constantly approached..and once offered a guarantee even ;)

LOL! :D

My wife still kids me about the time the cats ate all their dry food in the bowl in the middle of the night. The youngest cat (barely a year old at the time) kept climbing on me all night and trying to get my attention while I was sleeping. I thought she was just feeling insecure for some reason. So I'm getting ready for work and decide to check the cat food as I do every morning. Poor cats had eaten all their food and were hungry. I refilled their food and told my wife what happened.

She goes "You've been trying to put the cats on the Karen Carpenter diet!" :D
