I can't think of a better way to blow off some steam than dump a 20 round drum out of a 12 gauge Saiga at a shooting range. Unfortunately I had to sell my baby :(.
Well, I have your baby and that brat is heavy. Can you please send a midget tripod?

Do we really need guns? Don't you think there are too many crimes involving gun violence? Maybe it would be better to ban firearms completely? It's not like we really need guns for self-defense. I would only use a gun to protect myself only if a criminal had a gun too. It's pretty obviously that the number of gun involved crimes would decrease drastically if the criminals weren't be able to obtain guns legally.
Those Marine/Navy Recruiters slaughtered by that Muslim needed more guns.

Murder is already against the law, what makes you think he wouldn't be above breaking another law to illegally obtain a gun?

What makes you think he could have obtained a gun illegally? What do you think the chances are of him obtaining an AR type weapon illegally?

Filled up his car with gas amongst other explosives and killed even more people as he plowed into a much richer target of military.

So why didn't he do that in the first place? If it's so easy to obtain and wire up explosives, why didn't he do that? He would have, "killed even more people" right?

Who knows? It's legal to buy binary explosives even in large quantities. So why didn't he do that either?

Yeah sure, why not? I like shooting my guns and I'm not hurting anyone by doing so.

I'm not stupid enough to believe that I'll ever need to use one to protect myself though... that shit is so rare as to be a non-issue and I'm not going to look like a tool by spewing that nonsense.

And? It takes a lot more than a can of gas and a match to make gas a deadly weapon.

lol

no. not really much more. in fact i can do a shit loads of damage with a gas can and a match.

point is ANYTHING is deadly. just a matter of how badly do you want to kill people?

but just like gas. it byself is not deadly. it's what a person decides to do with it.

Funny how you forgot to mention about the countless times of how good folks with guns were able to prevent criminals to attack them or their stores/homes such as the Rodney King riot, Katrina, Ferguson, Baltimore, etc. while store owners without guns watched helplessly because the cops were no where to be found.

I rather have it and never need to use it than need it and not have it. Don't want to have gun(s)? Knock yourself out but do not demand that I and million and million of responsible gun owners to give up our guns.

it needs to be reposted.

I'm not in the shape to take on another guy. well not take him on and win. So should i just take a gamble someone is here just to steal my stuff and not here interring the house to rape my 13 yr old daughter? or worse?

i live in the country. a 911 call takes 20 minutes for them to get here unless i'm lucky. A lot can happen in that amount of time.

No, the point is, it's easier to kill a shit load of people with a gun than it is with any other tool.

So what you are saying is that without a gun you feel pretty helpless? Do you carry your gun around with you when you are in your house? If not then what would you do when your gun is on the other side of the house?

sure. i'm 5'5. both hips need to be replaced. 1 knee. my left should I have operated on 3 times so far.

Can i take on anyone who decides they want to come into my house and do us harm? nope. i would lose. it's no competition at all. 20 years ago? sure now? nope. So i want/need something to even it out. guns are great at that. 6'6 300 lbs martial arts master? fine. you aren't going to outfight a gun.

I would rather have it near me then take a risk. i have no desire to try ot stand up to someone and let my daughter get raped or worse.

you by all means can take that risk. i would rather not.

then i think you have a limited imagination on what you can do..

My imagination is pretty good actually, what's better than that though is my ability to reason and be realistic. Are you claiming there is an easier tool to kill a large amount of people that is also easier to obtain and execute as a gun? I'll remind you that children under 3 have accidentally shot themselves with a gun, I can't imagine any other device being used that can kill more people as easily as a gun, can you?

You didn't answer the other two questions (or if you did it wasn't obvious). Do you carry your gun with you while in your own home? If not, what's your game plan in the scenarios you've created if your gun is on the otherside of the house?
