Do we have Thread Preview?

Is there an option to turn on thread preview? Another forum running vB Bulletin 5 have a really neat built feature, thread preview! When you pause over a link to a thread it displays a little box with the first two lines of text! I think it's dandy!
 
I've always liked that feature.

I'm not even sure FT supports it but even if it did I'm sure it would be murder on the servers here.
