That would be rinsing. You don't wash your hands.
I hope there are only a few people who don't wash after peeing. Thats just nasty.
really, you should wash your hands before you piss. You see, you wake up, and take a shower. Your penis is clean. You then tuck that monster inside some nice clean boxers and proceed to work. Now, you touch stuff with your hands. Door Handles, steering wheels, railings, all sorts of stuff that has dirt and sh!t on it. So wouldnt it make sense to wash your hands before you touch your nice clean peins?

It's disgusting to see people walk out of a public rest room not washing their hands and they don't seem to have any shame. You should wash your hands with soap for at least 15 seconds doing some good scrubbing.
rinsing with scrubbing should be good enough imo.
i dont even use soap for showering. my skin is very sensitive, and it's dry in many parts because of eczema (kinda like skin rash, associated with allergy). i dont need to make it worse with soap.
The sweat of my balls and pubic hair which was washed 5 hours earlier cant be NEARLY as nasty and horrible as the door handles I touch every day. And seeing as I havent had a slip-n-fall-into-skank in like....4 years, I think its safe to say my schlong is about the cleanest thing on my body.
So no, I dont wash.

At our school, the soap's this really funky powdery stuff...it doesn't froth well at all, and it doesn't go from one hand to the other easily...We need some real soap.

Always. In fact I have gotten in to the habit of washing my hands before touching my dik. I mean there's a lot of stuff out there that can contiminate one's (you know). No. I am not OCD for those of you wondering.

Everything went great...but the one part of the evening I feel pretty ashamed about now is when I left the table w/ my buddy to use the head (the girls went to their respective head as well). We took a while because we were talking and I forgot to wash my hands. We leave the bathroom and they're waiting outside and I proceed to make a move (i.e. hug her, we kiss, and then our hands come together and we've holding hands)...upon which she asks me if I had washed my hands. I, of course, answer yes, but she doubts me, so I turn to my buddy and he reassures her that I had washed my hands.
The night went great, and I finally made my way back to the head to wash my hands...but only after we had fed eachother an assortment of finger foods

A Marine and a Squid (A Navy Guy) happen to both be in the Bus Station restroom at the same time.
The Squid finishes up, walk over to the sink and starts washing his hands.
The Marine finishes up, zips his trousers up and heads for the door.
The Squid turns to the Marine and says. ?In the Navy they teach us to wash UP after we take a pee!?
The Marine turns to the sailor and says ?In the Marines they teach us NOT to pee on our selves!?
