That's what I thought. Cuz I ordered some rims for my car off eBay and they had free shipping and he said that he would send them out while he was at work. So I figured that he had to work for Fedex or UPS.

Any FedEx employees here? I'm curious about this benefit. If I had offers from both companies, a perk such as this would DEFINITELY influence which job I'd take.

UPS = no
FedEx gets some sort of discount. My aunt works for their one of their 2 corporate offices in Germantown, TN (the other is located near their hub in Memphis) and she gets a big discount, not sure of the exact percentage or dollar amount. She often sends Overnight AM packages here weighing 30lbs for ~$10. (The last one that came to my house stated $12.xx on the packing slip)
