Yes.

I've taken Twin Lab no Iron multi's for awhile. They're expensive but I without a doubt notice an effect.

I take them every other day. I just ran out though.

But yes, I feel sharper, more energy, more efficient, sleep better etc.

Although very subtle, it is an identifiable difference.

Good luck. Let us know how that works out.

Male?

If so, Twin Labs No-Iron is my personal recommendation.

But if you want to go with something else and you are a male, whatever you get, get it without iron.

I just started taking Centrum multivitamins about a month ago to see if maybe it would help me sleep better at night and be more alert in the day,I dont like fruit or juice but eat plenty of vegetables.
It hasn't helped in that area but one thing I have noticed is that my hair grows crazy fast now

Yes, I have an awful diet - not a big fan of vegetables or most fruits. Don't know if they work or not, but at least they clear my conscience a little.

Same here. My daily diet is very poor, and I like to think that Centrum performance or multivitamins make up for it!

Definitely good advice. Excess iron is a very bad idea for us :)

And to the OP: I do take a multivitamin, and I'm sure it helps to some degree, but there are things in the foods that naturally contain vitamins that they can't replicate in multivitamins. You still need to eat healthy foods to get the benefits they provide. That's why vitamins are considered a supplement, not a magical pill of life. (The same goes for weight training... so many people think they can just mix whey shakes all day long and never eat any actual food)

I take a costco multi and C every day. I eat like crap and have not been sick in 4+ years. It might just be a coincidence but I doubt it...

PS I also drink 80-120 ounces of water a day
