Im going to a interview tomrrow , I think one of the question they gonna ask me is "do u know what integrity is..."
I know integrity is about a person's moral and honesty.. but i need a better asnwer than that,
can someone help me out and elaborate on it , and give me a impressive response?

any help would be appreicated !!

Integrity is honor. It is the bonding and application of morals and ethics, and represents the desire to do what is right, not just for yourself but for those around you.

integrity is so complex that I can't answer you in a few sentences. The best answer is what it means to you!
 
in the sense of retail: unit integrity is the proper count on an item...the counts on the counter actually match what's listed....and the same for the stockroom.

As for personal integrity, it's knowing when to do the right thing...such as seeing a friend stealing, you should have the integrity to notify somebody in charge.

Its standing up for what you believe in, and not caving in when the pressure is on. Its being honest and responsible when you might have the chance not to be. Its believing in yourself and your abilities.

I like this definition, more so than "doing the right thing." Because there are many defintions of "doing the right thing."

I would say integrity is doing what you honestly believe is right even if no one is looking.
