does anyone actually believe the temps from this review? (LINKY) it has a 1.4 T-bird at a temp of 25 degrees celcius. i find that hard to believe but i could be wrong. discuss plz.

I seen 25C idle and yes I believe that. I watercool and those are pretty typical temps for watercooling. A decent watercool should be able to cool better than an Alpha 8045, but even in these tests it wasn't so much better at full load as to be beyond believe at all.

I run an Aquastealth II with AquaCoil upgrade radiator (cube style). It has a Panaflo 120mm H1A on it.

My overclocked P4, idles at 2-3C above system, and tops out at 11C over system. Typically, that is 35-36C. It has been warm in my house the last few days and I have seen a 39C. (Don't have my swamp cooler ready yet, as it still freezes at night.)

Not to mention if you really want to go below the ambient temperature you can always use a cooling (Peltier) device. Here's a link on how you would set up the board to keep it from freezing the board.Linky

Just went there and I don't see any watercooling anymore, so don't know where to look. Should be able to do a search and find them. There are better setups out there. If you want to do some real research into watercooling go check out Overclockers.com

dude i have this none so good 1.4 Tbird and the lowest i can get with no OC and idle is 38c. dude i tried everything, i even tride to put blow cold air from my little freezer on the inside of my rig but still that didnt work hahaha
