I saw some at target for 12bux, 3 inch blade with normal squeegee length. seems like a working concept, but is there anything wrong with it?

okay for flat surfaces, works on 90% of our jetta 4.

Of course you know a clean chamois kicks its ass all over, and with proper care will last forever..

If you get one make sure you get the REAL california waterblade not one of the fake ones.. they're too hard.
When I wash my 3000GT (weekly) I use the CA waterblade to dry it off.. then follow that up with some 100% white cotton towels to get whats left. Works great. Throw in some Zaino 😀 and you have a beautiful car.

i second what mutilator says. california water blade works great for me. costs 20 bucks, but worth the investments. i used to dry with 100% cotton towels and i couldn't get rid of water spots. now i have none.

i got mine at costco.... $12 six months ago... works like a champ..... use it every morning and every car wash.

ah kewl, guess i'll try the target one since i'm cheap🙂 i do use chamois, but they are a pain to use. reasonably fast if u want a spotty dry, but not if u don't. from what i read the blade has less friction on the car surfaces, can't be bad.

btw was the costco one the "real" waterblade? the target one was some other brand

anyhow, anything that speeds up car washing is a good thing🙂
