Do they make CD sleeves for 3-ring notebooks?

My first diy audio project is going to be a basic stereo system. I want to build a basic shelf that will hold the integrated amp, the cd player, and a notebook with CDs that I can flip through. Do they make any kind of CD sleeves that will fit in a 3-ring binder? I don't want one of those wimpy CD cases from the store, I want a tough, durable D-ring 3-ring binder that will hold up over time. Here's a quick model of my idea:

Basically a flexy table with the CD binder on an angled piece of wood, letting you flip through the sleeves to find a CD.

So, do they make good sleeves and where can I find them? Or do you know of a better solution for flipping through CDs easily?

yes but the ones I've seen suck

I know! I'm hoping someone has found a good one that will stand normal usage + time.
