Specifically TI-83 Plus, this thing could come in handy and i dont like having to lug my backpack around with me and it wont fit in my pocket.

Wear looser pants? I can fit a graphing calculator in my front pants pockets. Little more difficult with jeans, but you do have two hands. I agree with you on the cargo pants... maybe a fanny pack? :p

All the nerds had their calculators on their belt.

I still have my HP 25 with reverse polish notation (no "equal" sign). No, it never saw my belt.

I'd actually be in the running for one of these. In the winter, I keep it in my inside jacket pocket and it's pretty handy to have it there. However, I use my calc for much more than calculating. I have my contact list, organizer/planner, calendar, clock, ect. all there as well. Plus, you never know when you'll have to break out EE*Pro for some AC circuit analysis and don't feel like doing it out by hand...
