Do they make any pci cover switches for cold cathodes?

Like a PCI cover that has a switch drilled into it, so that i could use it to control a cold cathode?
 
directron would probably make one for you. they do custom switch mounting. kinda surprised they don't carry one (but i might not have looked hard enough).

Yep it's not....
Drill a 1/4" hole and mount one of these.

I've got one mounted on a 3 1/2" bay cover for my CCFL's.
