If they are so retarded that they fail the written or driving test then of course not.

I was in the DMV once in a long ass line, only because there was some ancient...i mean old person holding up the line because he couldnt pass the eye test. they must have gave him 4 tries and finally just gave it up and gave the old man a license

Yes they do. It should be obvious driving in Southern California that they give everyone a drivers license.

It wont stop until people start litigating against the dmv. I don't think heavily medicated and old people with failing eyesight and awareness should be allowed to drive.

On of my neighbor's young adult is mentally challenged yet he managed to get his driver license.

Scary if you ask me.

I think there needs to be an encouragement of equal rights instead of criticism, especially for the cognitively impaired. Not everyone is born with the opportunities that you guys take for granted. Perhaps one day when you grow up and have the courage, look beyond the person in front of you and you'll realize that these retards, people, have so much to offer in your life and others. The road is for everyone and everyone needs to accept the simple fact that yes, accidents happen, thus we have hospitals and police to ensure that those injured are swiftly taken care of and wreckless drivers disciplined through disciplinary actions so they'll learn from their mistakes. Lawyers are plenty available should there be lawyer relevant issues. Let's make things positive, encourage peace and not negativity and war.

Blondes are a testament to this fact.

A blonde was speeding in a 35 mile per hour zone when a local police officer pulled her over and walked up to the car. The officer also happened to be a blonde and she asked for the blonde's driver's license.
The driver searched frantically in her purse for a while and finally said to the blonde policewoman, "What does a driver's license look like?"
Irritated, the blonde cop said, "You dummy, it's got your picture on it!"
The blonde driver frantically searched her purse again and found a small, rectangular mirror down at the bottom. She held it up to her face and said, "Aha! This must be my driver's license" and handed it to the blonde policewoman.
The blonde cop looked in the mirror, handed it back to the driver and said, "You're free to go. And, if I had known you were a police officer too, we could have avoided all of this."

Except for Asian women who shouldn't be allowed to drive anything faster than an ox cart.

I've experienced worse from soccer moms. A lot of asian women tend to drive dangerously but usually at low speeds while the other tend to rampage through everything.

Yeah, soccer moms are terrible. And they're always in massive SUVs that would squish me :(

With a car full of kids and a cellphone jammed between their ear and shoulder.

Around here, Asian women drive just under the speed of sound and believe lane markers are suggestions.

Why would you want to discipline wreckless drivers?
