Do these FX-55 temps seem right with watercooling?

Ok, I just got my NEO board and FX-55 today. I knew they would run hotter then almost every other AMD cpu out there but 98F @ 2760Mhz at idel?

MY moble 2600+ @ 2.8Ghz with 2 volts didnt even run that hot!

I'm kinda of surprised with the temps because my watercooler (res,rad,pump) is outside. So if its 40F outside then that is about what the water temp in the loop is.
