I plan to put a Silverstone FM121 in my Tuniq Tower within the next couple days. How much do you think it will drop my CPU temps?

Should I have my 2nd FM121 sucking air in through the front, or blowing air out the back?

What else could I do to lower temps?

I am also considering selling this E6600 and getting a Xeon 3060, how do those overclock compared to E6600's?

Those temps seem fine to me. I have an Asus P5B-Deluxe and a E6600. I'm overclocked to 2.6GHz and idling at 42C and load around 60~. Have an equal number of fans in the case blowing in and out if the fans are the same size.
