Is the text fuzzy for you or do I have poor eyesight, a crappy monitor, PC, OS and web browser?

yep it looks fuzzy and weird... I guess they are just using a weird font...

all the AT nerds probably have a huge screen resolution

probably looks OK on 1024x768 or less... anyone willing to try?

The CSS style applied to that text is this:

FONT-WEIGHT: bold; FONT-SIZE: 9px; COLOR: #666666; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; FONT-VARIANT: small-caps

Maybe it's the 9px font size.

I played around a little more, and it's the combination of bold, verdana, 9px, small-caps that makes it look fuzzy to me.
