Do the Democrats have the votes?

If they had the votes, it would have been done by now. Remember, there is a "crisis" and "catastrophe", and "health care reform" absolutely had to be passed before the summer recess (even though it doesn't take effect until 2013)!

much. Your first attempt completely contradicted itself.

I personally believe that Pelosi "represents" the very worst in American politics, and not necessarily for her stances on any particular issues -- some of which I actually agree with.

Her character, or lack thereof, physically disgusts me.

Please learn how the legislative branch works, then come back and try to post meaningfully on the subject.
