Do the DDR HS/Fan Combo really make a diff?

If so how much? i'm looking at adding a few to my set up. I've got some 2700 I want to run faster and low timimgs, will it help me acheive anything higher? I've got 7 case fans and the temps stay around 25C. I'm not doing bad there, but wanted to know if adding HS/fans to the mem would help get more speed out of them.

thanks, I figured. With my case temps being low anyway, and having great airflow. I couldn't see how putting heatsinks on the mem do much.
