Do the Case connector wires have polarity? (Reset switch, power switch, ect)

I have an MSI K7T Pro MB and an Antec SX830 case. I only have a manual for the MB and there is just a picture of the connector block with arrows pointing at which pins go to what, but it doesn't specify which way. Are the words on the conector for each with suppose to face outward or what?
