NO, they dont, because all the smart people already play them. I don't understand how such brilliant minds can waste away the days by playing games all day.

I have to say yes. When you use your brain, especially reading, you increase the number of neuron connecters thus making you smarter. I have some papers on it from one of my education classes or a workshop if I can find them I'll post more on it.

Still #1 in RTS's in my book [aok]!! Nothing else EVER came close.

still??? when was it ever #1??? that game sux big time. take ONE race, copy it, make very minor adjustments and then call it a new race, LOL! there is only one strategy game and that is starcraft. starcraft has been out for 3.5 years and still has a huge following all over the world. did you know that there have been people that have played starcraft professionally in korea? starcraft has proven to be the best and most competitive game around.

quick fact: references to starcraft have been used in korean music videos.

maybe it does, but i usually cheat to have more fun while playing, so i guess not in my case :)
