I spoke with an 8 year old child, a high school cheerleader, a 40-something MALE police officer, and a 60-something year old grandmother on disability. It was the same person the whole time... She'd cut off in mid-sentence and change personalities. It was extremely creepy.

Possible, but I doubt it. The lady has been a Dish customer for 6 years, and notes going back show she'd called 15+ times changing personalities multiple times each call. It was documented that she had the same 4 personalities every time. That's too perfect to be a prank, especially over the span of years.
