I am getting an xpc by shuttle model SN95G5. Its based on nforce 3 ultra chipset. Am also getting a 939 90 nm 3200+ cpu.

I want to know if these cpus work right out of the box in this machine or do I need a bios upgrade for these.

Please let me know, I don't want to sit totally frustrated while I load up everything in the box and find out its the wrong bios.

Thanks for input.

:)

I would email or call shuttle. With new products, you may not get an accurate answer from anyone here. You're the guiney pig, so I would go directly to the manufacturer, and contact them now, before ordering.

did you get a solid answer? problem is how are you going to do a bios upgrade without having a working cpu? i'm interestd because i've ordered an sn95g5 and i have a 3200+ winchester.
