Title says it all... Any change based on 2000 vs 3000 series? Difference between plain Ryzen vs the Pro version? Thanks.

hmm ..
after a quick google i think we are now at 12-bit depth, which would automatically assume all previous standards are available.
i mean, i THINK they do. wasn't 10-bit the standard for everything since several years ago ?

The Ryzen 5 3400G to $149 are build on the Previous generation Zen+ architecture and are a bad choice.

In Resolve the CPU is used to run the app, disk I/O and compression and decompression of codecs.

You need a FirePro/WX or Quadro card for programs like Photoshop or Premiere to display the 10-bits - because these programs use buffering. That's not a hardware issue (all GCN cards support it at a hardware level). It's a market segmentation choice made by AMD.

This may have changed in the 1-2 years but I'm not aware of it.

Ryzen Pro Processor's integrated GPU support 10-bit color

but the question of whether to support high-level 10 BIT is a question of 10 BIT or 12 BIT quality lab tests

if it can upscle good 10/12 bit
or 4:2;2 /4:4:4
