For someone to get into the adult industry, I'd imagine that they (mostly) enjoy it from the beginning. Once it becomes a more regular thing, they might not enjoy it as much, but I'd be willing to bet that the majority of pornographic actors/actresses still at least somewhat enjoy the sex, even if it is "just a job" to them.

The reasons for them entering that business, and for them enjoying said sex, however, are open to debate.

Been a couple documentaries about pornstars. Those that make it big and get a salary position do a scene or two a week. They work their way up from girl on girl to couple to anal and beyond. Depends on the money for most. I mean if you hand a 18 year old girl $2000-$5000 a week she'll do most anything once she's already committed to doing any porn on film. Male pornstars generally start out in gay films.

As for enjoying it? We can all guess but that's not saying much. In the end, it's a job. It's not love, it's not romantic, and you're in a room full of people with constant breaks in the scene and between scenes. It's just a job. Ever had sober sex on a first date with someone you just met? You can probably relate to some extent then.
