Do people with comb-overs just not get it?

We can see the HUGE bald spot. The three strands of hair don't cover anything. In fact, it's like an arrow pointing at the spot.

Seriously, I was at a meeting yesterday and one of the guys there (there were a LOT of comb overs) had a comb over that started at. the. nape. of. his. neck. It was obscene.

So, why do they do it?

actually you don't get it

I don't give a fuck

Then why go to the effort of combing it over? And I'm sure they must have to tell their barber "Oh, be sure to leave the hairs on the left side an extra eight inches longer than the ones on the right".

Sorry I offended you, your baldness.

You're right, I'm sure. It confuses me because they're usually pretty smart. Maybe just not aware.

I kind of have a full head of hair. I can't tell if it's thinning up top because I didn't used to check it. That, and I hear a lot of Rogaine commercials on ESPN radio, so they're subliminally telling me that I'm losing hair even though I'm probably not.
