I'll ask this again with Amazon - it's not a free return unless you choose something that basically says it was their mistake (wrong description, wrong item delivered, etc). Is that what you guys do every time?
I only had 1 return with them ($120) and it was completely my fault. I checked the "don't want item" block, printed out the return tag and took it to the local UPS dropoff. I was refunded within 20 minutes OF THE DROPOFF.
It couldn't be quicker or more convenient for me.
