Do motherboards support Bluetooth and Wi-Fi?

I want my first system build to support Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n). The motherboard power search at Newegg doesn't let me specify either, nor do any of the boards I've see there list either one in their specs. But aren't they supported by a module on the motherboard? If so, how do I find such motherboards? If not, what else do I need to buy?

Oh, and another question. How can I tell whether a motherboard will adjust the speed of a case fan in response to temperature? Or is that controlled by something else?

A number of higher end Asus motherboards have Bluetooth, but it is basically just a permanently affixed USB micro dongle. May as well spend $5-10 on a 3rd party dongle.

I would probably think about sticking the dongle inside the case attached to an internal USB port, just to keep it out of the way...but that might effect reception...
