Do most of the 52+" LCDs come with split screen?

My friends that got 65" DLP 2 years ago had split screen for picture in picture. Is this a standard feature for current TVs? Or do they just have traditional picture in picture.

I would not make that assumption. I have a DLP that's less than a year old, and it does _not_ have PiP or PoP of any sort.
