Do Moderators Get Paid?

you ever notice a member that has been here since oct '99 and they are only a member(less than 200 posts)? thats because they are a mod and never use their original username after they were inducted into the hall of mod-dom. they are simply users that are so old they were bestowed godlike control over us because they were old as cyber-dirt.
